Santa Parade and Official Tree Lighting
November 29 @ 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm
This is how you bring in the Christmas season, the Santa Parade and Official Tree Lighting and activities.
Join us in the City Centre for the sights and sounds of the Christmas season. Stay after the parade for the official tree lighting, live music, Santa photos, cookies and hot chocolate, plus the 2nd annual Battle of the Badges Hockey Game…………our Police Service is looking for their win this year!

Parade starts at 4:00 p.m. Starting on 100 Ave at 102 street, traveling east to 100 street – south to 99 Ave. to Revolution Place.

After the parade, Whiskey Coalition will be playing outdoors while the Storm hockey team and our city council offers the public free cookies and hot chocolate.
At 5:30, Mayor Given will flip the switch for the official tree lighting.
Santa will be inside the Bowes Centre for free photos while the Grinch movie plays on a big screen.

Then join us for our 2nd annual “Battle of the Badges” charity hockey game between our local Police and Fire departments.
In support of charities, yet to be determined.
Puck drops at 6:00 p.m.
